The User declares that he/she knows that he/she must approve this Agreement by providing the information requested by VSMART in a complete, correct and up-to-date manner in order to benefit from the Application. If there is any change in the information provided during the establishment of user status, such information must be updated immediately. VSMART is not responsible for the inability to access and use the Site or Application due to the fact that this information is incomplete, inaccurate or outdated.
The User declares that he/she has reached the age of 18 and has the legal capacity to sign this Agreement. If the User is accessing the Site on behalf of a business, the User accepts and declares that he/she has the necessary authorization to do so. In this case, User status, rights and obligations will belong to the enterprise in question.
The User agrees and undertakes that he/she will use the Application only for his/her activities in compliance with the law, and that he/she will act in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, its annexes, the applicable legislation and the Application. The User will be able to use the Application and Site on behalf of the third party, as long as they are authorized to provide services to third parties. In this context, the user shall ensure that such persons also comply with this Agreement and all other provisions applicable to himself/herself.
