GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate Graduate
• Having at least 5 years of technical experience in the IT industry,
• Preferably experienced with Data Center management
• Having experience in integration and management in SAN structure,
• Having knowledge and experience on VMware Virtualization technologies and Veeam Backup Systems
• Having VCP or VCAP certificates,
• A Good command of the English language

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Installation, configuration and problem solving of VMware software defined data center products,
• Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the Information Technologies system infrastructure,
• Physical, Virtual Server and data storage infrastructures management, monitoring, problem solving and necessary improvement studies
• Development of new suggestions and projects for the development of the infrastructure.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate or Undergraduate degree
• Having at least 3 years of work experience
• High communication skills and problem solving ability
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Able to work in a team environment
• High persuasion ability

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To inform customers about products and services,
• Responding to customer calls,
• To resolve customer complaints and to follow up the process,
• To analyze customer needs and present potential product or service requirements to management,
• To prepare a report on general customer satisfaction.
